     Samplers meet the requirements of the Pressure Directive PED 97/23/EC designed in accordance with the requirementsof the harmonized standard EN 13445-3. Samplers designed and made as the construction to that allows easy and thorough cleaning prior to collection of samples. Made from high quality chrome nickel steel (1.4571 TP316T) with high content of titanium, which has a low affinity for sulfur. Samplers in the production process are further subject to electropolishing process which closes the micro pores in the material and removes the inclusions from the surface. This reduces the possibility of deposition of unwanted compounds on the inner surface of the cylinder. Designed and constructed samplers to allow the most accurate cleaning of the inner cylinder to a achieve greatest representativness of the samples collected, which is of particular importance for the analysis of sulfur and copper strip corrosion. The proposed metod of cleaning the cylinder, due to the efficiency, the method gives much higher ultrasound sampler purity, with respect to traditional methods used for cleaning the non demountable samplers.    The outer surface of the sampler  is a glass blasted and electro-polished which gives the specific structure of the scratch-resistant and highly aesthetic. The inner surface of the cylinder is etched, electropolished and passivated. Samplers allow you to draw a highly representative tests in accordance with  EN ISO 4257. Samplers are demountable on both sides (bolted and revs up without the need for additional tools). Equipped with integrated overflow pipe from the top    of the sampler and Swagelok/Dk-lok/others valves (straight, angled ordered by customers).

     This research describes the results of a research project on how the structure of the sampler for assembling and storage of LPG samples influences the representativeness of samples under study. The representativeness of the sample was compared to the quality parameters of the study sample for the given part of the cargo from which it was taken. This article refers to the traditional solution of the non-demountable sampler and to the demountable sampler applied as a new solution.  In the demountable sampler, apart from the structure, material and surface treatment of the inner part of the cylinder that reacts with gas fuel have been changed. Based on the conducted research and analysis, the impact of the changed structure on the quality parameters of the LPG fuel and its representativeness in reference to the part of the cargo from which it had been taken can be assessed. The researched solution on the dismantled sampler was patented, implemented, and applied in practice. The possibility to dismantle and thoroughly clean the sampler prior to sample collection enhances the certainty of obtaining highly representative samples and credible test results.
